When you engage with our local dairy partner you’re going to work with them to set up your par levels and then they’ll come in, rotate your stock – moving the fresh milk to the bottom/back of your walk-in and the older milk to the front/top. If the products are expiring, they’ll take them back and credit you for unused items.
