I have been employed at Bent Tree Country Club as the Executive Chef for the last 10 years. Previous to Bent Tree I worked for the Beau Rivage Resort Casino in Biloxi MS, Stouffer/Renaissance Hotels in Austin TX and White Plains NY. Also employed by Hyatt Hotels and Resorts in Orlando FL, Waikoloa Hawaii and Austin TX.

I am a Graduate of Johnson & Wales College in Providence RI. and was born and raised in Pittsburgh PA.
