
Adam Jones is General Manager for Olenjack's Grille.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant business. His background ranges from management to ownership giving him the expertise needed to make a restaurant succeed.
His experience includes owning and operating two popular Dallas venues, The Green Elephant Bar and Grill and The HomeBar. He has also held top management positions for a variety of well-known Dallas locales. He served as general manager for the Top Rail Ballroom in Dallas, assistant manager for Jaden's Restaurant & Lounge, general manager for Metro Grill, and wine steward for Cru Wine Bar. It was his experience opening and running Metro Grill that led him to join Main Street Blues Room in Grapevine as the general manager. At both of these locations, he also had an opportunity to work alongside Chef Brian Olenjack.
Adam's knowledge of wine is a great asset to any restaurant. With his abilities to pair wine with food, he has developed Olenjack's wine list to match perfectly with the signature food of Chef Olenjack.
Adam graduated from Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State). He has been a part of the Olenjack's team since the beginning and has added greatly to the restaurant's success. When he's not at Olenjack's, he enjoys spending time on the other side of the table as a patron and lover of fine food and wine.
